The Blank Prize Wheel delivers the same sturdy construction as our ready-to-ship wheels, without any pre-printed prize sections. Standard wheels are available in black only. Magnetic wheels up to 48" are offered in both black and white. Prize section size template available upon request.

Pegs and Sections

Pegs are what make the wheel "click" and eventually stop to determine the prize. As long as the number of pegs divides evenly into the number of sections, the setup will work. For example, a wheel with 24 pegs supports 4, 6, 8, 12, or 24 sections.

18" wheel: 16 pegs

Custom Product Design Process

Please send the details below to sales@spinningdesigns.com. We begin the design process once the materials have been received. We’ll have your first proof ready within 24 hours.

Your font (brand font or a favorite like Gotham, Poppins, or Futura)
How many sections you’d like, and their sizes (a quick sketch works if you want a mix)
The exact text for each section
Your color choices (RGB or CMYK values work best)
High-res logos and any images (PNG, EPS, or PDF with the background removed)

Two rounds of revisions are included, though most designs are finalized on the first try. Design proofs are turned around in 24 hours, and once you approve, we’ll move your wheel straight into production.
