2-Year Limited Warranty
We want you to be confident in every purchase. That’s why we offer a 2-Year Limited Manufacturer Warranty on all eligible products.
What’s Covered
We’ll repair or replace items that have a manufacturing defect within 2 years of your purchase. This includes:
- Broken wheels, boards, pegs, stands, or any mechanical parts
- Warping, cracking, or peeling of graphic panels, magnetized sections, or the board
- Malfunctioning electronics and LED components (if included)

Defects in materials or workmanship under normal use
What’s Not Covered
Our warranty doesn’t cover:
- Wear and tear from regular use
- Damage caused by improper setup, accidents, or weather
- Unauthorized modifications or misuse, such as outdoor installation, wrong voltage connection, or incorrect assembly
- Cosmetic issues that don’t affect function
- Damage caused by acts of God, including fire, flood, earthquake, or severe weather events
For Resellers
Products used for resale or rental are also covered under this 2-year warranty—if used as intended and not modified. Warranty applies only to the original buyer or authorized reseller.
How to File a Claim
Email us at sales@spinningdesigns.com with:
- Your order number or proof of purchase
- A brief description of the issue

Photos or videos showing the problem
We will review your request and assess the service required for remedy. Please allow three business days for a response from us.
Please Note
- Warranty is valid for the original purchaser only
- Replacements or repairs are at our discretion
