3. Order Processing

Orders for custom products begin processing after final design approval and payment. Processing times vary depending on product type and volume. Estimated shipping and delivery timelines are provided at the time of payment, but are not guaranteed.

4. Shipping Policy

We ship to locations within the United States and international destinations. Shipping costs are calculated based on the delivery location and transit method. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs processing.

5. Returns and Refunds

Custom Products: Because custom products are made to order, returns are generally not accepted unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect.
Ready-to-Ship Products: You may request a return within 10 business days of delivery. The item must be unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Return Authorization: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@spinningdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized return shipment will not be accepted.

6. Order Errors and Damaged Items

If your item arrives with a defect or we make an error in your order (e.g., wrong design, product, or missing parts), we will correct it by reprinting, replacing, or refunding the item at our discretion. You must notify us within 10 business days of receiving the item to be eligible for resolution.

All products, trademarks, designs, and branding are the intellectual property of Spinning Designs and may not be used, reproduced, or resold without permission.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages that may result from using our products or website. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
