Shipping & Returns
We ship worldwide via FedEx, UPS, or freight for our largest products.
Some items may have restrictions, especially for international orders. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Our lead time varies from 5 business days for smaller products to 4 weeks for our biggest, most elaborate offerings. We offer express options upon request in both production and shipping. Once your order ships, we'll send you a tracking number via email.
To ensure reliable delivery and full order protection, we ship all orders under our own carrier accounts. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate third-party shipping accounts.
Ordering for an Event
Many of our products are ordered for trade shows, activations, fundraisers, and other dated events. Our stated production and transit times are estimates, not guaranteed delivery dates. Once an order leaves our facility, delivery is in the hands of the carrier, and we cannot control or guarantee against carrier delays, weather, customs holds, or other circumstances outside our control.

Returns and Refunds
- Custom Products: Custom products are made to order and are not returnable or refundable. If a custom product arrives with a manufacturing defect, or with parts that are damaged or missing, we will make it right by repairing, replacing, or resupplying the affected product or parts as quickly as we can. Repairing or replacing the product is the full extent of our responsibility, and we do not refund the value of custom products.
- Ready-to-Ship Products: If a ready-to-ship product arrives damaged or defective, contact us and we will repair or replace it at our own expense. If you would prefer to return a product instead, you may do so within 10 business days of delivery for any reason. A return is always at your expense, including return shipping and a 10% restocking fee. To request a return, contact us at sales@spinningdesigns.com with your order number. Approved returns must be shipped back to us within 5 business days. Refunds are issued for the product price paid, minus the 10% restocking fee, once we receive and verify the returned product is in good, resaleable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Return Authorization: To initiate a return, contact us at sales@spinningdesigns.com with your order number and reason for return. Unauthorized return shipments will not be accepted.
- Not Shipped Products: Refunds for orders paid but not yet shipped will incur a 5% processing and transaction fee.
Limitation of Liability
Regardless of product type, we are not responsible for missed event dates, or for any consequential, incidental, or indirect loss resulting from carrier delays, manufacturing defects, damaged or missing parts, damage in transit, or any other cause. Our responsibility for any order is limited to repairing, replacing, or refunding the affected product as described above, and does not extend to the value of a missed event, lost business, or other downstream costs.
