FAQ's

Our prize wheels come with a 5 year manufacturer warranty. Is there any assembly required?

Our prize wheels are completely assembled. However, some basic assembly is required for the prize wheel stand.

Production times vary based on our production schedule and the style and size of prize wheel you are ordering. If you have a required in hands date, we recommend reaching out to us to see if we can accommodate.

Once the order is in place our design team will request you provide us with a high resolution logo, preferably an EPS file, AI File or High Resolution PDF file. You will work with our graphic designers to choose the number of sections, colors and the complete the design of the prize wheel. If your design requires images, we require you send the high resolution images for our design team to use. Our graphic design team will work with you every step of the way to provide you with the design you desire. We will not ship until there is written approval of your creative.
Alternatively, you can choose to request a template from our design department for your team to work on. Once the template is sent back, our designers will review to verify everything is correct for print.

All of our prize wheels are made of heavy duty materials which make them quite heavy. If you are looking for a product that is easier to transport from event to event, we recommend staying within the range of 18”-36”. Our prize wheels that are 48” and larger require 2 or more people to transport and larger vehicle.
