Custom Product Design Process

Please send the details below to sales@spinningdesigns.com. We begin the design process once the materials have been received. We’ll have your first proof ready within 24 hours.

  • Your font (brand font or a favorite like Gotham, Poppins, or Futura)
  • How many sections you’d like, and their sizes (a quick sketch works if you want a mix)
  • The exact text for each section
  • Your color choices (RGB or CMYK values work best)
  • High-res logos and any images (PNG, EPS, or PDF with the background removed)

Two rounds of revisions are included, though most designs are finalized on the first try. Design proofs are turned around in 24 hours, and once you approve, we’ll move your wheel straight into production.

Frequently Asked Questions

Permanent graphic wheels have your design printed directly on the surface for a smooth, seamless look, and allow for more intricate, continuous designs like swirl patterns. Magnetic wheels use snap-on sections you can swap between events. Choose permanent if your design won't change and you want maximum graphic flexibility; choose magnetic if you need to update prizes or branding regularly.
