What types of promotional products do you offer?
We specialize in custom prize wheels and Plinko games of all sizes and for any occasion. We also offer a range of accessories, including cases, stands, and custom signs.
Are your products customizable?
Absolutely! Our prize wheels can be fully customized with your logo, brand colors, segment text, and even LED lighting. We offer ten different wheel sizes ranging from 18” to 96”, as well as table stands, floor stands, and wall mounts. If you are unsure what size and stand to choose, please don’t hesitate to contact sales@spinningdesigns.com.

Do your products come assembled?
Most prize wheels and Plinko games are shipped partially assembled with easy-to-follow instructions. Smaller promotional items are ready to use.
Where are your products made?
Our prize wheels and games are proudly manufactured in New Jersey, USA. Some smaller accessory items may be sourced globally.
What materials are used in your prize wheels and games?
We build our products with durable, high-quality materials like powder-coated steel bases, ABS, wood, and fade-resistant printed graphics for long-lasting performance. We also apply rubber edge trims, vinyl, caps, and laminated finishes to enhance both durability and appearance.
Ordering
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards, checks, ACH, and wire transfers. Payment is due at the time of order.
Is there a minimum order quantity?
There is no minimum order quantity for any of our products.
Is there a volume discount?
We extend volume discounts for large orders. If your order size exceeds 10 units, please contact us at sales@spinningdesigns.com.
Do you offer wholesale or reseller pricing?
Yes, we work with event planners, marketing activation agencies, and many other partners. Contact us at sales@spinningdesigns.com to inquire about a reseller account.
Customization
How do I upload my logo?
You can upload your logo on product page before adding to cart or email it to our team after placing your order. We accept most file types, including .AI, .EPS, .PDF, and high-resolution PNGs.
Do you offer design assistance?
Yes, we can assist with layout, text placement, and file formatting. For larger products with more complex design needs, our dedicated graphic team will provide a detailed consultation. We do not start production until you are 100% satisfied and give us your approval on the final design.
Will I receive a proof before printing?
Yes, we send digital proofs for all custom orders. Production begins only after your approval.
Do you offer samples before I place a large order?
Yes, sample requests are available for select items with a small fee which can be credited toward your full order. Please reach out to sales@spinningdesigns.com and let us know what you would like to see.
Can I replace the graphics on a prize wheel or Plinko game?
Wheels with Custom Magnetic Sections come with interchangeable prize sections with magnetic backing. They are attachable to the wheel surface with sheet metal underneath the vinyl finish, so that you can update your design without purchasing a whole new wheel. The same applies to our line of Lighted Wheels.
You can also swap Plinko game graphics by installing a new graphics board, sold separately.
Can I reorder the same design later?
Yes! We keep your artwork on file for easy reorders. Just contact us with your previous order number.
Shipping & Return
Do you ship internationally?
We ship worldwide! Some items may have restrictions, depending on the destination. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
I have an event date approaching. How fast can you ship my order?
Our lead time varies from 5 business days for smaller products to 4 weeks for our biggest, most elaborate offerings. Please see the Specification section of the product page for the details.
We offer express options upon request in both production and shipping. If you are in a rush, the best way to make it happen is to call us at (732) 775-7050. We are also on email - sales@spinningdesigns.com.
Are you able to store inventory for future shipments or fulfillment?
Although we are unable to offer storage, we offer a wide range of fulfillment options for clients who need products shipped to multiple locations or at different times. Contact us at sales@spinningdesigns.com to discuss your project.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
Can I use my own shipping account or courier?
To ensure reliable delivery and full order protection, we ship all orders under our own carrier accounts. For this reason, we are unable to accommodate third-party shipping accounts.
Do you offer refunds or returns?
Returns are generally not accepted for our custom products, unless the item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect. For Ready-to-ship products, you may request a return within 10 business days of delivery. For more information, please see our Terms and Conditions.
What if there’s a mistake in my order?
If we make an error, we’ll correct it—either by reprinting or refunding your order. Contact us within 10 business days of receiving your item.
Warranty
What is your warranty policy?
We offer a 2-year manufacturer's warranty. Please see our Warranty Policy for more details.
What does your warranty cover?
Our 2-year warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If your product experiences a manufacturing issue within two years of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you. Please see our Warranty Policy for more details.
What’s not covered under the warranty?
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, unauthorized modifications, or normal wear and tear. It also excludes cosmetic issues that do not affect function. For full warranty terms, please see our Warranty Policy.
